Video game history
For the geeks out there (like me), you will appreciate this link from Engadget -- a brief history of handheld video games. This is funny because I was just reminiscing the other day about the first Gameboy. Remember those? They were like the size of a small box of cereal and fifty times as heavy. But hey, they came with Tetris. And that crappy screen... Those were the days, yo!
 Ahh, yeah...
After that, my brother had a Sega Game Gear. It was about the same size, but it had a color screen which was awesome at the time. But the thing had this battery pack that was the size of a shoebox! Portable... if you carry a suitcase everywhere.
Now, we have a Gameboy SP, and as of last week, a Gameboy Micro (thanks to Tita Kay for the kid's birthday!) The screen on the Micro is tiny but so good-- great for getting reacquainted with your favorite 80s and 90s games: Super Mario, Street Fighter, Zelda, the list goes on and on. Oh, and doesn't it look just like a controller from the Classic NES?

No PSP (yet-- I've been fighting myself on that one. The idea and cost ($$$) of building a whole new game library, ugh!)
